Quick and pleasant. Didn’t know why I was feeling so sick and got a spike of a fever. I got antibiotics and a vitamin boost but I had to return multiple times to finish my injections, 🥲. I bruised up on my first shot but i tend to tense up so its my fault. I got another girl for my last 2 shots she was quick and tried different positions to help me not bruise.

Where is Prime Valley Urgent Care located?
We have two walk-in clinics in the Central Valley. Our Delano clinic is at 1004 14th Ave, Delano, CA 93215. Our Tulare clinic is at 1581 Hillman St, Tulare, CA 93274, in the Tulare Pavilion Shopping Center.
What are your hours?
Both clinics are open 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Sunday, weekends included.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at both clinics during opening hours. You can also call ahead to schedule a visit: Delano (661) 325-4089 or Tulare (559) 687-5101.
What symptoms should I come in for?
We treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including colds and flu, pneumonia, back pain, cuts and lacerations, sprains and strains, and sudden unexpected illness.
When should I go to the emergency room instead?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, or any condition that could be life-threatening. Urgent care is for problems that need prompt attention but are not emergencies.

Coverage and copays depend on your health plan, so please contact your insurance company directly with questions about what is covered. For costs your insurance does not cover we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard (debit or credit) and American Express.
